MG3 combines all the benefits of a compact and agile city car, with the size and comfort of a full-size five door hatchback. This is especially evident in the car's spacious cabin and large 285 litre boot capacity - or increasing to 1262 litres with the seats down.

The interior itself is stylish and high-quality, with practical features you might not expect in its price range, like electric windows and mirrors and class-leading head and leg room. The MG3's standout feature is the 8-inch colour touchscreen, featuring Apple CarPlayTM and satellite navigation, all built-in.

The leather-style steering wheel makes MG3 a dream to drive, with multiple controls at your fingertips. Plus, a rear parking camera with dynamic guide lines as well as parking sensors are also available, which make parking the car much easier.

Safety and security

A careful approach

You're in good hands with MG3; it's one of the safest cars in its class. MG3 features six air bags, electronic stability control and traction control​ - all as standard.

 Cornering brake control gives the driver a little extra confidence and control when out on the open road, whilst also contributing to the MG3's low insurance rating. Plus, direct tyre pressure monitoring is also as standard, accessible via the car's 8-inch colour touchscreen.

Engine

A joy to drive

Driving the MG3 is where the fun really begins. Its reactive 1.5 litre petrol engine 1 with five-speed manual transmission is powerful and packs a real punch, especially out on the open road. You really have to get behind the wheel of this car to appreciate its drive.
