Exterior

Dynamic and sporty

A compact vehicle, MG3 is perfect for city driving, but agile enough to handle the open road as well. The sleek exterior unquestionably underpins the best of British design with sporty and reliable looks - the MG3 was created and engineered in Great Britain.

Its sporty stance starts at the car's dynamic front, where the impactful grille frames MG's iconic octagonal badge.

The sport-designed bumper compliments this small car well, shared with the family of cars in the range. Expressive headlights and the LED daytime running lights complete the eye-catching look at the front.

Interior

Practical and spacious

MG3 combines all the benefits of a compact and agile city car, with the size and comfort of a full-size five door hatchback. This is especially evident in the car's spacious cabin and large 285 litre boot capacity - or increasing to 1262 litres with the seats down.

The interior itself is stylish and high-quality, with practical features you might not expect in its price range, like electric windows and mirrors and class-leading head and leg room. The MG3's standout feature is the 8-inch colour touchscreen, featuring Apple CarPlayTM and satellite navigation, all built-in.

The leather-style steering wheel makes MG3 a dream to drive, with multiple controls at your fingertips. Plus, a rear parking camera with dynamic guide lines as well as parking sensors are also available, which make parking the car much easier.

Safety and security

A careful approach

You're in good hands with MG3; it's one of the safest cars in its class. MG3 features six air bags, electronic stability control and traction control - all as standard.

Cornering brake control gives the driver a little extra confidence and control when out on the open road, whilst also contributing to the MG3's low insurance rating. Plus, direct tyre pressure monitoring is also as standard, accessible via the car's 8-inch colour touchscreen.

MG3 is car to drive with total peace of mind.

Engine

A joy to drive

Driving the MG3 is where the fun really begins. Its reactive 1.5 litre petrol engine 1 with five-speed manual transmission is powerful and packs a real punch, especially out on the open road. You really have to get behind the wheel of this car to appreciate its drive.

MG's pioneering engineers have designed an innovative chassis for the car, which is what makes MG3 such a dynamic drive - much more so than the average smaller car. What's more, its stop-start technology make it efficient, city-friendly, and contribute towards its low emissions.
