An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our award-winning team.

Dealing with all aspects of our customer requirements for service, MOT or repair, the ideal candidate will come from a customer-focused retail environment, although not necessarily the motor industry.

Working in our busy Aftersales department you will be the first point of contact for all aftersales customers, responsible for taking bookings and enquiries, liaising with customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual, who can develop strong customer relationships and has a desire to succeed in a customer-service environment. Good interpersonal skills are essential.
