  Poor customer service.. in relation to purchasing a new vehicle and subsequently driving it 3 miles home I noticed a small scratch on the front bumper.. Upon returning to the dealership to highlight this I was informed by the salesman that it could be rectified no problem, however when then approached by the proprietor of the business I was subsequently told it must of been me that had done itThere was an exchange of words which then resulted in the said proprietor declaring "do you know who I am" and basically calling me a liar and that "I'd signed for the car" so it was my problemTotally unprofessional don't care attitude being totally being disrespectful towards me

  I'm not a customer but I had to collect a car from a long distance and on a Saturday. The sales team were very helpful and went beyond what most dealer groups do to help people like us who collect and deliver vehicles. It's a rare thing to find people so helpful. As an ex sales manager in the business I would think that as a customer. If you are treated like I was then you are buying from a dealer who actually cares about the people who walk through the door.   We bought a vauxhall on line which had needed a repair after only having it one month. James Haugh repaired this and liased with garage car was bought from for payment. James Haugh also ran a check on the whole car. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

  I was lucky to find Raymond Reid whilst I was trying to buy a new car. He listened to what I wanted in a car. He is very patient, understanding and very knowledgable particularly when showing the controls during handing over the new car.
