Finance Lease is available with or without a final balloon payment. During the primary lease period, you can tailor your monthly payments to better suit your budget by varying the initial rental and duration of the contract, or by agreeing a final balloon payment. You can also enter a secondary lease, by paying a peppercorn rental which is equal to one month's rental, payable annually.Â
