  I'm not a customer but I had to collect a car from a long distance and on a Saturday. The sales team were very helpful and went beyond what most dealer groups do to help people like us who collect and deliver vehicles. It's a rare thing to find people so helpful. As an ex sales manager in the business I would think that as a customer. If you are treated like I was then you are buying from a dealer who actually cares about the people who walk through the door.   We bought a vauxhall on line which had needed a repair after only having it one month. James Haugh repaired this and liased with garage car was bought from for payment. James Haugh also ran a check on the whole car. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

  I was lucky to find Raymond Reid whilst I was trying to buy a new car. He listened to what I wanted in a car. He is very patient, understanding and very knowledgable particularly when showing the controls during handing over the new car.

  The salesman Simon, was extremely friendly, polite, and a good laugh, also could not have done enough to help, he even came in on his day off on the day we picked the car up, to make sure everything was ok and we left happy, The sales manager had the same friendly attitude, Would definitely go back to James Haugh
